Hidden leaks, damaged nozzles, poor coverage, and incorrect controller settings can go unnoticed. A Whole-System Irrigation Checkup helps identify visible water-waste concerns, coverage problems, and repair priorities across every accessible zone.
Who the Checkup is for
The Checkup is for homeowners who do not know how well the complete system is working, have several unexplained symptoms, or want every accessible zone reviewed before deciding what needs attention.

Only accessible components and zones that can be activated can be evaluated. Anything inaccessible or untested is documented.
Activate and observe every accessible irrigation zone, record what it waters and the irrigation type, and note whether it starts and shuts down correctly.
Review the date, time, watering days, start times, and zone run times; adjust programming when appropriate.
Check accessible components for visible damage, clogging, sinking, tilting, obstruction, and incorrect direction.
Look for dry areas, overspray, blocked coverage, misting, uneven watering, and runoff.
Check for visible leaks, pooling, excessive flow, and other visible water-waste concerns.
Inspect accessible valves and valve boxes for visible leakage, damage, or operating concerns.
Check for visible breaks, disconnections, clogging, or excessive flow where drip irrigation is present.
Document findings, routine adjustments completed, and clear repair recommendations for the next step.
Included in the Checkup
Nozzle means nozzle only. Up to five standard spray nozzles may be replaced when needed. This does not include complete sprinkler bodies or heads, rotors, valves, drip assemblies, irrigation guns, or other parts.
Transparent starting prices
An active zone is a controller station that currently operates a group of sprinklers or drip lines. If you do not know the count, send a controller photo and we can help establish the starting point.
Prices are starting prices for standard residential systems within the regular service area. Large properties, irrigation guns, extensive drip systems, difficult access, neglected systems, distant locations, or complex conditions may require custom pricing. Repairs and parts beyond routine adjustments and up to five standard spray nozzles require customer approval and are billed separately.
What is billed separately
These repairs, parts, and larger projects require customer approval before they are completed and billed.
What the homeowner receives
The Checkup documents visible and accessible conditions. It does not promise to locate every hidden problem or prevent every future repair.
How the visit works
Tell us what you have noticed and share access details, a controller photo, and the active zone count if known.
We identify the controller and activate every accessible zone so the system can be observed in operation.
We check visible components and coverage, review programming, and complete the included routine adjustments.
We summarize the condition, note anything inaccessible or untested, and explain repair priorities and options.
Repairs outside the included scope are completed only with customer approval and are billed separately.
Optional next phase
The Care Plan is not automatic. Eligibility is determined after the system’s baseline condition and necessary repairs are understood.

These answers explain the service scope; they are not a diagnosis for a specific property.
A zone is a group of sprinklers or drip lines that runs together from one controller station. If you are unsure, send a photo of the controller and the station count if visible; the active zone count can be confirmed during the visit.
We document any zone or component that is inaccessible or cannot be tested. The Checkup covers every accessible zone, but it cannot confirm the condition of areas that cannot be reached or activated.
Routine direction, alignment, controller adjustments, ordinary accessible nozzle cleaning, and up to five standard spray nozzles are included when needed. Other repairs and parts require approval and are billed separately.
Up to five standard spray nozzles may be replaced when needed. This means nozzles only—not complete sprinkler bodies or heads, rotors, valves, drip assemblies, irrigation guns, or other parts.
Usually, no. If you have a known leak, valve, zone, head, controller, pressure, or coverage problem, request repair or diagnostic service. The Checkup is designed for homeowners who are uncertain about the condition of the complete system.
Text the property address or neighborhood, a controller photo, the number of active zones if known, a brief description of any concerns, and useful photos or video.
After the Checkup, necessary baseline repairs are completed or documented. If the system is appropriate for the Care Plan and you enroll, the system is rechecked three times per year, approximately every four months.
