Three visits per year, generally scheduled about four months apart. Customers pay after each completed visit—no annual prepayment is required.

Published pricing applies to standard residential irrigation systems within our regular service area. Large properties, extensive drip irrigation, irrigation guns, difficult access, neglected systems, unusual system complexity, or distant locations may require custom pricing. Additional repairs and non-included parts are explained and approved before work is completed. Up to five standard spray nozzles does not include complete sprinkler bodies, rotors, valves, drip assemblies, specialty parts, digging, wiring, or extensive repair work.

What happens during a whole-system checkup?+
We activate and inspect every accessible zone, review the controller settings, check for visible leaks, damaged or clogged components, water-waste issues, and coverage problems, make routine adjustments, and clearly explain any recommended repairs. Checkups start at $275 for a standard 1–4-zone residential system.
How does the 3-visit care plan work?+
After the initial Whole-System Checkup and necessary repairs, we return three times per year—generally about every four months—to recheck every accessible zone, review the controller, make routine adjustments, and look for new leaks, damage, clogs, or coverage problems. Customers pay after each visit. Care Plan visits start at $225 for a standard 1–4-zone residential system.
